Our development expertise encompasses the acquisition, renovation, and leasing of numerous neighborhood retail, multi-family, and office properties. We provide clients with construction management services for elevator replacements, complete lobby renovations, HVAC retrofits, electrical upgrades, and tenant improvements. In 2004, on behalf of a Fortune 100 company, we completed a $12 Million renovation of a 900 unit high rise suburban apartment building that included a six hundred car parking garage. Currently, we are managing a full mechanical upgrade of a 394 unit apartment building in the heart of Adams Morgan.
