Borger Management, Inc. currently manages in excess of 4,500 rental apartment units in the Washington Metropolitan Area of which approximately 80% are located in the Northwest and Northeast quadrants of Washington, D.C. Included within this management portfolio are approximately 1,500 rental units for which we are general partners and principals. Urban high-rise and mid-rise buildings are the predominate type of properties within the portfolio. Borger Management, Inc. is an accredited management organization by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
