Since 1990, Arianna Royster, CPM has been employed with Borger Management, Inc. In her current capacity she serves as the Executive Vice President and Director of Residential Management. She is responsible for overseeing all property operations of more than 4,500 units and 200 personnel. Prior to this position, she served as the Assistant Vice President where she directed all of the company s leasing and marketing efforts as well as implemented the training and development programs. Arianna received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in June 2002. She is also a licensed real estate agent in D.C. Arianna is an active member of the Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington and IREM Chapter 8. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.
